Orders are shipped from our distribution center in Cyprus for delivery to clients throughout the rest of the world.

Orders placed on Fridays, Holidays or during the weekend, will be processed by our shipper on the next business day. Please note that during promotional offers and seasonal sale, the dispatch process may take longer than usual.

We do not deliver to Post Office Box (P.O. Box) addresses. You will receive an email including the link to track your parcel shortly after we arrange your shipment.

TAXES & DUTIES

International Orders & Customs Duties:

All international orders are subject to customs inspections and import taxes based on the value of the items, as determined by your local customs authority. These taxes are outside of our control, and unfortunately, we cannot pre-pay them. We advise contacting your local customs office for information on any duties or fees that may apply to your order.

Shipping to the U.S. – New Tariff Rules:

Due to recent updates to U.S. customs regulations, shipments with a declared value exceeding USD 800 are now subject to formal entry processing. Previously, shipments with a value between USD 800 and USD 2,500 could be processed informally, but this is no longer allowed.

Effective immediately, all shipments to the U.S. with a value over USD 800 require formal entry processing, which involves additional customs duties and paperwork based on the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS). These could include General Duty Rates, Section 301 duties, and applicable IEEPA duties.

Temporary Suspension of Shipments to Private U.S. Individuals:

In light of these changes, we are temporarily suspending all business-to-consumer (B2C) shipments to private individuals in the U.S. where the declared value exceeds USD 800. This measure will be in effect starting Monday, April 21, 2025, and until further notice.

• Shipments under USD 800: Orders with a customs value below USD 800 are not affected by this suspension and will continue to be processed as usual.

• Business-to-Business (B2B) Shipments: Shipments to U.S. businesses, even with a declared value above USD 800, will not be affected by this suspension, although they may face delays.

What This Means for You:

• If you are ordering to the U.S. and your order exceeds USD 800, it will be subject to formal customs clearance, which may result in additional delays and costs.

• We cannot pre-pay these customs duties or taxes, so please ensure that you understand the additional charges that may apply.
